Verwarm de oven voor op 210 graden. Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel en bak het lamsgehakt in 2 minuten los op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de Italiaanse groentemix toe en bak afgedekt 5 – 7 minuten, of tot de groenten gaar zijn.

Sausjes maken

Meng ondertussen in een kom de yoghurt met de gemalen kaneel en kerriepoeder en leng aan met 1 el water per persoon. Meng in een andere kom de sambal met de extra vierge olijfolie. Zet beide weg tot gebruik.

Leg de platbroden op de bakplaat met bakpapier. Besmeer met de passata, beleg daarna met het gehaktmengsel en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Bak de platbroodpizza's 5 - 6 minuten in de oven, of tot deze goudbruin zijn.

Peterselie snijden

Snijd ondertussen de peterselie (inclusief takje) grof.
