Cooking Steps

Was de krieltjes grondig. Halveer de krieltjes en snijd eventueel grote krieltjes in kwarten. Kook de krieltjes, afgedekt, in een pan met deksel in 12 - 15 minuten gaar. Giet daarna af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.

Haal ondertussen de krulpeterselie van de steeltjes en snijd beide fijn, maar houd apart van elkaar. Meng de steeltjes in een kom met de yoghurt, mosterd en honing en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Snijd de witlof in de lengte in parten, laat de bladeren aan de stronk.

Verhit de helft van de olijfolie in een koekenpan met deksel en bak de kipfilet 1 minuut aan elke kant op hoog vuur. Breng op smaak met peper en zout, draai het vuur naar middelhoog en bak, afgedekt, in 8 - 10 minuten gaar.

Verhit de overige olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel, voeg de witlof en de helft van de honing-mosterdsaus toe en laat 10 minuten op middellaag vuur smoren.

Snijd ondertussen de tomaat klein en meng met peper en zout in een kom.

Verdeel de krieltjes, witlof en kipfilet over de borden. Garneer de maaltijd met de blaadjes van de krulpeterselie en serveer met de tomaat en de overige honing-mosterdsaus.
