Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Schil de peer en de appel en verwijder het klokhuis. Snijd beide in blokjes. Verhit een steelpan op middelhoog vuur en voeg de peer en appel en ½ tl lichtbruine suiker per persoon toe. Laat op middellaag vuur 5 minuten zachtjes stoven. Roer regelmatig door.

Snijd ondertussen de roomboter in blokjes. Hak de hazelnoten grof. Meng in een kom de havermout, de hazelnoten, de overige lichtbruine suiker, de bloem en een snuf zout. Voeg de roomboter toe en wrijf het mengsel met je vingers tot grove kruimels.

Verdeel de peer en appel over de bodem van een ovenschaaltje. Bestrooi met het havermengsel en bak 15 - 20 minuten in de oven of tot de crumble goudbruin is. Controleer tussendoor of de crumble niet te donker wordt.

Voeg de slagroom en de kristalsuiker toe aan een kom en klop luchtig met een garde of mixer. Verdeel de crumble over de kommen en garneer met de slagroom.
