  • Peel 2 bananas and cut them into smaller pieces.

  • Add the bananas and 250ml coconut milk to a blender or a tall container (if you're using an immersion blender).
  • Set aside a few of the blueberries for the garnish, then add the rest to the blender.
  • Blend everything together into a thick smoothie.

  • Add honey to taste and briefly blend the smoothie once more.
