Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden (zie Tip).
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.

Tip: Je verwarmt de oven voor om later de tortilla's in te verwarmen, maar je kunt er ook voor kiezen om dit straks in een pan te doen.

Kebab bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg de ui en de vegetarische döner kebab toe aan de koekenpan en bak in 5 - 7 minuten gaar.

Weetje: De ui is een onderschatte supergroente! Hij is niet alleen rijk aan vezels en B-vitaminen, maar zit ook bomvol antioxidanten en vitamine C.

Komkommer snijden

  • Bak de tortilla's 2 - 4 minuten in de oven.
  • Snijd ondertussen de komkommer in halve maantjes.
  • Meng in een saladekom de sla met per persoon: 1/2 el witte wijnazijn, 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, peper en zout. 
  • Meng in een kleine kom de mayonaise met het water en 1 tl Midden-Oosterse kruiden per persoon.

  • Verdeel de sla over de tortilla's.
  • Beleg de tortilla's vervolgens met de gebakken ui en de döner kebab.
  • Verdeel de komkommer over de tortilla's en verkruimel de witte kaas erover.
  • Besprenkel met de dressing, vouw dicht en serveer.
