Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Snijden en scheuren

Snijd de champignons in plakken en de gele paprika in smalle repen. Scheur de buffelmozzarella klein. Snijd of scheur de coppa di Parma in tweeën.

Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan op hoog vuur en bak de champignons 3 – 4 minuten.

Pizza beleggen

Meng ondertussen de passata met de knoflook en het paprikapoeder in een kom en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Smeer de platbroden in met de tomatensaus. Verdeel de champignons, de paprika en de coppa di parma over de platbroden en bestrooi met de gedroogde oregano en geraspte belegen kaas.

Bak de platbroodpizza's op een bakplaat met bakpapier ongeveer 7 – 8 minuten in de oven. Verdeel, meteen nadat de pizza uit de oven komt, de buffelmozzarella erover en laat even smelten.

Verdeel de pizza's over de borden en besprenkel naar smaak met extra vierge olijfolie.
