Cooking Steps

  • Meng in een kom de havermout met de melk, yoghurt, het chiazaad en een snufje zout.
  • Dek de kom af met plasticfolie en laat het liefst een nacht, maar minimaal 6 uur, weken in de koelkast.

  • Verdeel 1/3 van de overnight oats over twee kommen. 
  • Verwijder het klokhuis van de appel en snijd de appel in blokjes. Meng 2/3 van de appelblokjes, de rozijnen en een snufje kaneel door de havermout. 
  • Houd je van zoet? Voeg dan honing toe naar smaak.
  • Garneer de overnight oats met de overige appelblokjes en de walnootstukjes.

  • Verdeel de helft van de frambozen over twee kommen. Prak de frambozen met een vork tot een puree.
  • Verdeel 1/3 van de overnight oats over de twee kommen. Meng goed met de frambozenpuree.
  • Houd je van zoet? Voeg dan honing toe naar smaak.
  • Garneer de overnight oats met de pistachenoten en de overige frambozen.

  • Verdeel 1/3 van de overnight oats over twee kommen.
  • Rasp de schil van de limoen. Halveer de limoen en pers uit boven een kleine kom.
  • Voeg 1 el limoensap en 1/3 kokosrasp toe aan elke kom en meng met de overnight oats.
  • Snijd de kiwi in plakjes en garneer de overnight oats met de kiwi en overige kokosrasp. Bestrooi met limoenrasp naar smaak.
