Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. 
  • Snijd de bosui in fijne ringen.
  • Verdeel de tortillachips over een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Beleg de chips gelijkmatig met de jalapeño's en 2/3 van de bosui. Bestrooi tot slot met de cheddar.
  • Bak 15 - 20 minuten of tot de kaas is gesmolten. 

 

Snijden

  • Halveer de avocado's en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd de avocado in blokjes en voeg toe aan een grote kom. 
  • Snijd de tomaat in kleine blokjes. 
  • Snipper de sjalot. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. 
  • Halveer de limoen.

 

Guacamole maken

  • Prak het vruchtvlees van de avocado's fijn met een vork. 
  • Voeg de tomaat, sjalot en knoflook toe. 
  • Knijp de limoen uit boven de kom. 
  • Meng alles goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Serveren

  • Haal de nacho's uit de oven en serveer direct op de bakplaat of in een serveerschaal. 
  • Garneer met de overige bosui.
  • Schep de zure room in een schaaltje en serveer samen met de guacamole als dips bij de nacho's.
