Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Bereid de bouillon.
  • Verhit de helft van de benodigde hoeveelheid sesamolie in een pan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Fruit de helft van de gember, knoflook en rode peper (let op: pittig!) 1 minuut.
  • Voeg de rijst en de bouillon toe en kook, afgedekt, 10 - 12 minuten. 
  • Verwijder de steelaanzet van de amchoi en snijd zowel de stelen als het blad klein. 

 

Gehaktballetjes bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de gehaktballetjes in 3 - 4 minuten rondom bruin. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.
  • Voeg de amchoi, de spitskool en de overige gember, knoflook en rode peper toe. Roerbak 2 - 3 minuten.

Weetje: Wist je dat spitskool rijk is aan calcium, ijzer en vitamine C? Dat levert een hoop gezondheidsvoordelen op, zoals sterke botten, tanden en gezonde spieren door de calciumboost.

Saus toevoegen

  • Voeg de gehaktballetjes, bulgogisaus en de overige sesamolie toe aan de wok of hapjespan met de groenten. Roerbak het geheel 2 - 3 minuten op hoog vuur.
  • Proef de saus en breng eventueel op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Snijd de limoen in partjes.

  • Verdeel de rijst over diepe borden. 
  • Verdeel de stir-fry over de rijst.
  • Garneer met de pinda's. Serveer met 1 limoenpartje per persoon.
