Sperziebonen doppen

Verwijder de steelaanzet van de sperziebonen. Snijd in 3 gelijke stukken.

Tip: Sperziebonen zijn rijk aan kalium, wat bijdraagt aan het behoud van een gezonde bloeddruk. Daarnaast zijn sperziebonen rijk aan ijzer en foliumzuur, wat zorgt voor een energiek gevoel.

Breng ruim water met een flinke snuf zout aan de kook in een grote pan met deksel. Kook de linguine, afgedekt, 10 - 12 minuten. Voeg na 6 minuten de sperziebonen toe. Voeg na 8 minuten de aardappelblokjes toe.

Schep 50 ml kookvocht per persoon uit de pan en houd apart. Giet de pasta, aardappelblokjes en sperziebonen af en voeg ze opnieuw toe aan de pan. Voeg de basilicumcrème en de helft van het kookvocht toe en meng goed door elkaar. Voeg indien nodig wat extra kookvocht toe. Breng flink op smaak met peper en zout.
