Cooking Steps

Bake the garlic bread

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and let the butter come to room temperature. 
  • Finely chop the chives and garlic. Grate the Parmigiano Reggiano. 
  • Mix the butter, 4 tbsp olive oil, half of the garlic and half of the chives in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Cut the baguette into diagonal slices, but be careful not to slice entirely through. 
  • Spread the slices with the garlic butter, sprinkle with the cheddar and half of the Parmigiano Reggiano. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 
Roast the potatoes

  • Add the potatoes and 2 tbsp of olive oil to a small oven dish. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. 
  • Roast in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes. 
  • Meanwhile, add the rest of the garlic to a saucepan with 1 tsp of olive oil. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes on medium heat. 
  • Add the passata, Italian spices, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. 

At the table: 

  • Add the potatoes and 1 tbsp of tomato sauce to a gourmet pan. Bake for a couple of minutes.
Prepare the seafood

  • Add the shrimp to a small bowl. 
  • Cut the cod into 4cm cubes. Cut the bacon in half widthways. 
  • Wrap the cod in the bacon and add to a plate. 

At the table: 

  • Fry the shrimp and cod on the gourmet. 
Prepare the meat

  • Add the steak and pork tenderloin to separate small bowls. Mix both with the teriyaki sauce and 1 tsp of soy sauce. 
  • Add the meatballs, chicken and Easter burgers to separate plates. 
  • Heat the saté sauce in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

At the table: 

  • Fry the meat on the gourmet. 
  • Serve the meatballs with the tomato sauce and the chicken with the saté sauce. 
  • Serve the burgers, steak and pork tenderloin with the cocktail sauce. 
Prepare the vegetables

  • Cut the paprika and courgette into strips.
  • Add to a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Crumble the feta and add to a small bowl. Add the tomatoes to a bowl and serve during the gourmet.

At the table:

  • Fry the courgette and paprika on the gourmet. Garnish with the feta.
