  • Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the pork for 10 - 13 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and coat with the rest of the char siu paste, then allow to rest under aluminum foil until serving.
Boil the rice
2
  • Meanwhile, boil plenty of salted water in a pot or saucepan.
  • Cook the rice for 12 - 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • Discard the base of the pak choi and finely chop both the leaves and the stems.
  • Deseed and finely chop the red chili pepper*.

*Take care, this ingredient is spicy! Use as preferred.

Fry the pak choi
3
  • Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the pak choi with half of the chili pepper for 7 - 8 minutes.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • In a salad bowl, combine the soy sauce with the sesame oil, the sesame seeds and the rest of the chilli pepper.
