Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Rol het pizzadeeg uit over een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Smeer de pizza in met de zure room en verdeel de geraspte kaas erover. 
  • Bak de pizza 12 - 15 minuten in de oven, of tot de kaas gesmolten en goudbruin is.

 

Toppings bakken

  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Verhit de olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan en roerbak de ui, knoflook en de garnalen 3 minuten op middelhoog vuur.

 

Citroen-kruidenolie maken

  • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper en snijd fijn.
  • Snijd de citroen in partjes en pers 1/2 citroenpartje per persoon uit boven een kom. 
  • Meng de extra vierge olijfolie, de Siciliaanse kruiden en de rode peper met het citroensap.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Let op: de rode peper is pittig! Houd je niet van pittig of eten er kinderen mee? Gebruik dan naar smaak minder rode peper of houd apart.

  • Haal de pizza uit de oven en verdeel de garnalen en ui over de pizza.
  • Garneer met de citroen-kruidenolie.
  • Verdeel over de borden of serveer de pizza op een grote snijplank.
