Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Snipper de ui. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Gehakt bakken

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Bak het gehakt in 3 minuten los op middelhoog vuur. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.

Saus maken

Bak, in dezelfde koekenpan, de ui, knoflook en de Italiaanse kruiden 2 - 3 minuten. Blus af met 1 tl zwarte balsamicoazijn per persoon, 1 el water per persoon en de passata. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Laat, afgedekt, 5 - 6 minuten sudderen.

Snijden

Snijd ondertussen de courgette in dunne plakken. Scheur de mozzarella grof.

Pizza maken

Leg de platbroden op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Smeer ze in met de tomatensaus en verdeel het gehakt, de courgette, de mozzarella en de Italiaanse kaas erover. Bak de platbroodpizza's 7 - 8 minuten in de oven. Ris ondertussen de basilicumblaadjes van de takjes en snijd in reepjes.

Verdeel de pizza's over de borden, garneer met het verse basilicum en besprenkel naar smaak met extra vierge olijfolie.
