Cooking Steps

Bakken

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snijd de rundermerquez open, haal het vlees eruit en gooi het omhulsel weg.
  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak het vlees van de rundermerguez in ongeveer 5 minuten los (zie Tip).

Tip: Je bakt het vlees verder af in de oven. Laat het dus niet te lang in de pan liggen, zo blijft het lekker mals.

  • Ris de blaadjes van de salie en snijd in dunne reepjes.
  • Leg het naanbrood op een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Smeer eerst in met de passata en verdeel dan het vlees erover.
  • Schep kleine dotjes ricotta op de pizza's en bestrooi met de salie en de geraspte oude kaas.
  • Bak de naanpizza's 8 – 10 minuten in de oven, of tot ze knapperig zijn.
Salade maken

  • Schaaf de courgette met een dunschiller of kaasschaaf in de lengte in dunne linten.
  • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper en snijd fijn. Snijd de muntblaadjes fijn.
  • Maak in een saladekom een dressing van per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 el witte balsamicoazijn.
  • Meng de courgette, munt en rode peper erdoor en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Let op, de rode peper is pittig! Houd je niet van pittig, of eten er kinderen mee? Gebruik dan naar smaak minder rode peper of houd apart.
