Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de passata met de Italiaanse kruiden en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Leg de pizzabodems op een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Verdeel de tomatensaus over de twee pizzabodems.
  • Scheur de mozzarella in stukjes en verdeel over de saus. 
  • Bak de pizza's 13 - 15 minuten in de oven.

  • Meng in een saladekom de rucola en veldsla met de extra vierge olijfolie en de zwarte balsamicoazijn.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Scheur de serranoham in stukken.
  • Leg de pizza's op borden en garneer met de slamix en de serranoham. 
  • Snijd tot slot de burrata in tweeën en leg op de pizza's. Breng eventueel verder op smaak met vers gemalen peper en olijfolie.
