Cooking Steps

  • Verdeel vier crackers over twee borden. 
  • Besmeer de crackers met de kruidenroomkaas.
  • Verdeel de ham over de crackers en garneer met de tuinkers.

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een steelpan. Voeg de eieren voorzichtig toe en kook de eieren 5 - 7 minuten (zie Tip). 
  • Giet daarna af en laat de eieren schrikken onder koud water. Pel de eieren en snijd doormidden.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Prak in een kleine kom het vruchtvlees fijn. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Verdeel vier crackers over twee borden. Verdeel de geprakte avocado erover. Garneer met de eieren en de tuinkers.

Tip: Je kunt de eieren ook vantevoren koken en in de koelkast bewaren. Pel de eieren in de ochtend om je crackers mee te beleggen.

  • Snijd de radijs in dunne plakken.
  • Besmeer de crackers met de roomkaas.
  • Verdeel de ham over de crackers en garneer met de radijs. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
