Cooking Steps

  • Snijd de paprika in blokjes.
  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de kip 4 - 6 minuten.
  • Voeg de laatste 3 minuten de paprika toe. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Meng in een kleine kom de tomatentapenade met de mayonaise. 
  • Verdeel de tapenade-mayo over de tortilla's. 
  • Beleg met de slablaadjes, kip en paprika. 
  • Rol de tortilla's op en leg twee wraps in de lunchbox (zie Tip). 

Tip: Wikkel de andere twee tortilla's in plasticfolie en bewaar ze in de koelkast voor de volgende dag!

  • Halveer de komkommer en snijd in staafjes. 
  • Schil de mandarijn en trek uit elkaar tot kleinere partjes.

  • Voeg de mandarijnpartjes en de amandelen toe aan de box met de wraps. 
  • Voeg de helft van de cherrytomaatjes, komkommer en de hummus ernaast en eet samen als tussendoortje (zie Tip). 

Tip: Je kunt ook twee lunchboxen tegelijk maken, zodat je meteen klaar bent voor de volgende dag!
