- Wash the baby potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the baby potatoes for 12 minutes, covered.
- Remove the lid and fry for 3 - 4 more minutes, tossing regularly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Slice three quarters of the onion into rings and finely chop the rest (see Tip).
Tip: if you don't like raw onion, slice all of it into rings.
- Discard the tips of the green beans and then cut in half.
- Transfer the green beans to a pot or saucepan and cover with a shallow layer of water.
- Add the carrots and a pinch of salt, then cover with the lid and bring to the boil. Allow to cook gently for 6 - 8 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the burger with the onion rings for 7 - 8 minutes or until done, turning regularly.
- In a salad bowl, combine the white balsamic vinegar with the extra virgin olive oil, the mustard and the honey.
- Add the vegetables and toss well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Scatter the potato seasoning mix over the baby potatoes and toss well to combine.
- Cut open the hamburger buns and top with the burger and fried onion. For kids: top with regular mayonnaise; for parents: use the sriracha mayo.
- Serve the vegetables and baby potatoes to everyone, with mayonnaise alongside as preferred. For parents: top the vegetables with the raw onion.
