Cooking Steps

Aardappelen koken
1

Schil of was de aardappelen grondig en snijd in kwarten. Zorg dat de aardappelen net onder water staan in een pan met deksel, breng afgedekt aan de kook en laat 15 minuten zachtjes koken. Giet daarna af.

Pastinaak snijden

Schil ondertussen de pastinaak met een dunschiller en snijd in blokjes van 1 cm. Kook de pastinaak na 5 minuten mee met de aardappelen.

Appelmoes maken

Schil ondertussen de appel, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd in blokjes. Meng de appel met de honing en 3 el water per persoon in de steelpan met deksel. Breng afgedekt aan de kook en laat 8 – 10 minuten op laag vuur koken. Haal de pan daarna van het vuur. Roer de appel en prak grof met een vork. Bewaar de appelmoes tot gebruik met het deksel op de pan.

Bakken

Snipper ondertussen de rode ui en pers of snijd de knoflook fijn. Verhit de olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan en fruit de ui en knoflook 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de spekblokjes toe en bak 4 – 5 minuten. Voeg het gehakt toe en bak in 3 minuten los.

Voeg vervolgens de aardappelen en pastinaak toe aan de wok of hapjespan met gehakt en bak nog 5 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Scheur tenslotte de spinazie klein boven de wok of hapjespan en laat al roerend slinken op middelhoog vuur. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Serveren

Verdeel het spinazie-gehaktpotje over de borden en serveer met de appelmoes.
