Recipe developer Selma: Its name may be difficult to pronounce, but Worcestershire sauce really is a perfect condiment. I find the taste hard to describe - actually, it's a little mix of everything: sour, umami, salty and even a little sweet. It's great for easily adding a lot of flavour to sauces!"
