Cooking Steps

Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (see Tip).
  • Slice the onion into half-rings.
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot or a saucepan over medium-high heat and fry the onion for 1 - 2 minutes.

Tip: the oven will be used later to heat the tortillas, but you can also do this in a frying pan instead. In this case, no need to preheat the oven.

Fry the veggie sausages

  • Drain and rinse the black beans, then transfer to the onion and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Cut the Romano pepper into strips.
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the Romano pepper with the veggie sausages for 5 minutes.
  • Dice the tomato and finely chop the dill.
Make the salsa

  • Mash the beans with the chipotle paste* and a splash of water as needed if it seems too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the corn.
  • Juice the lime into a bowl, then add the tomato, the corn and the dill.
  • Mix well to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper.

*Take care, this ingredient is spicy! Use as preferred.

  • Halve the passionfruit and scoop out the flesh.
  • Heat the tortillas in the oven for 2 - 4 minutes, then spread them with the bean mixture.
  • Serve all the toppings separately and allow everyone to assemble their own wraps as preferred.
