  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Snijd de verse kruiden fijn.
  • Snijd de limoen in 6 partjes.

  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Roerbak de groentemix met de nasi-bamikruidenmix 4 - 6 minuten.
  • Voeg de garnalen en de knoflook toe en bak nog 2 minuten mee.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de zoete Aziatische saus met de ketjap manis, de bloem en de aangegeven hoeveelheid water.
Noedels toevoegen

  • Voeg, zodra de garnalen gaar zijn, de noedels en de saus toe aan de pan. 
  • Schep goed om en roerbak 3 minuten. 
  • Knijp 1 limoenpartje per persoon uit boven de noedels en meng goed door elkaar.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Garneer met de verse kruiden en de pinda's.
