Cooking Steps

  • Slice 2 bananas. 
  • Add the banana to a blender, along with 250ml of milk, 75g of Greek yogurt and half of the blueberries. 
  • Blend until smooth (see Tip). 
  • Repeat the recipe for a second breakfast the next day.

 Tip: Mix some honey through the smoothie to taste.
