Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de pasta. Verkruimel 1/4 bouillonblokje per persoon boven de pan. Verhit een koekenpan zonder olie op middelhoog vuur en bak de chorizo 2 - 3 minuten. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.

Bakken en koken

Kook de pasta, afgedekt, 14 - 16 minuten. Giet af en bewaar een kopje kookvocht. Snijd de paprika in blokjes. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Verhit de koekenpan van de chorizo opnieuw met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon. Voeg de knoflook en paprika toe en bak 2 - 3 minuten. Voeg 1 tl paprikapoeder per persoon toe en bak nog 2 minuten.

Halveer de cherrytomaten en de olijven. Meng de roomkaas en een scheutje kookvocht door de pasta. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Serveren

Verdeel de pasta over kommen of diepe borden. Garneer met de gebakken paprika, chorizo, cherrytomaten, olijven en de paprikapesto.

Tip: Wist je dat paprika naast vitamine C ook rijk is aan vitamine E? Vitamine E is een antioxidant dat ook in zonnebloemolie, volkoren producten, noten, zaden en groene groenten zit. In dit gerecht krijg je een extra vitamine E boost door de paprikapesto.
