Due to the different suppliers we purchase our products from, nutritional facts per meal can vary from the website to what is received in the delivered box, depending on your region.
- Halve the baby potatoes.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the baby potatoes for 20 minutes, covered, tossing regularly.
- Remove the lid, then season with salt and pepper. Fry for a further 5 - 10 minutes.
Air Fryer Option: drizzle the potatoes with oil and fry for 15 - 25 minutes at 200°C. Shake halfway and avoid overcrowding the basket.
- Slice the courgette into crescents.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in another frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the courgette for 3 - 4 minutes, or until done (see Tip).
- Remove the courgette from the pan and set aside to cool down.
Tip: you can also grill the courgette if preferred.
- Melt a generous knob of butter in the same pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the fish burger for 3 minutes per side, or until golden-brown.
- Dice the tomato in the meantime.
- In a salad bowl, combine the honey with the extra virgin olive oil and the mustard.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the tomato, the lettuce and the courgette to the salad bowl.
- Toss well to combine with the dressing (see Tip).
Tip: make sure the courgette has cooled down before adding it to the salad.
- Serve the baby potatoes on plates with everything else alongside.
- Serve with the ravigote sauce.
