Tomatensaus maken

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen (zie Tip). Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Verhit 1/4 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de Mexicaanse kruiden (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak), de knoflook en de passata toe en verwarm 4 - 5 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Je serveert de ui rauw. Houd je hier niet van? Verdeel de ui dan in stap 2 over de pizza en bak mee.

  • Rol het pizzadeeg uit over een bakplaat met bakpapier en smeer het pizzadeeg in met de tomatensaus.
  • Beleg de pizza met de geraspte kaas en bak 13 - 15 minuten in de oven.
Toppings bereiden

  • Laat de mais uitlekken in een vergiet.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil (zie Tip). Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakken.
  • Verkruimel de witte kaas. Snijd de limoen in partjes.

Tip: Deze maaltijd is calorierijk. Let jij op je calorie-inname? Gebruik dan de helft van de avocado. Wat je overhoudt is heerlijk op een boterham bij de lunch met tomatenplakjes, peper en zout.

  • Haal de pizza uit de oven en garneer met de mais, ui, avocado en de witte kaas.
  • Knijp 1 limoenpartje per persoon uit over de avocado.
  • Verdeel de pizza's over de borden. Serveer met de overige limoenpartjes.
