Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Snijd de ui in halve ringen en de tomaat in blokjes. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Meng in een kleine kom de ui met 2 tl wittewijnazijn (zie Tip). Breng op smaak met peper en zout en meng goed door elkaar. Meng in een andere kleine kom de mayonaise met de knoflook en harissa.

Tip: Je serveert de ui rauw. Houd je hier niet van? Bak de ui dan mee met de vegetarische döner kebab.

Bak het Turkse broodje 5 - 8 minuten in de oven. Verhit ondertussen 2 el zonnebloemolie in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de vegetarische döner kebab toe aan de hapjespan en bak 3 - 4 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Verdeel de broodjes over de borden en snijd ze open. Beleg de broodjes met de vegetarische döner kebab. Garneer met de saus, tomaat, ui en slamix.
