Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Snipper de ui. Snijd de komkommer in plakjes en de paprika in reepjes. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Fruit de knoflook en ui 2 minuten. Voeg de paprika en de pulled chicken toe en bak 4 minuten. Voeg de zoet-pittige chilisaus en ketjap manis toe en verwarm het geheel nog 2 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Bak het Turkse broodje 5 - 8 minuten in de oven.

Verdeel de broodjes over de borden en snijd ze open. Beleg de broodjes met de pulled chicken. Garneer met de sriracha-mayo, slamix en komkommerplakjes. Maak af met de bovenkant van het broodje.
