Cooking Steps

  • Snijd de koriander fijn.
  • Snijd de kip in de lengte in dunne repen.
  • Meng in een kom de hoisinsaus met de sojasaus. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg de kip toe eng meng met de marinade en zet opzij.

  • Steek de barbecue aan (zie Tip).
  • Rijg de kip aan de spiesen.
  • Leg de kipspiesen op de barbecue en grill 8 - 10 minuten, of tot de kip haar is.

Tip: Je kunt de kipspiesen ook 8 - 10 minuten in de oven roosteren, of in de koekenpan bakken.

  • Voeg de pindasaus en ketjap manis toe aan een steelpan en roer goed door.
  • Verwarm de pindasaus 3 - 5 minuten.
  • Voeg sambal naar smaak toe.

  • Leg de kipspiesen op een serveerschaal.
  • Serveer de pindasaus ernaast. Garneer met de gefrituurde uitjes.
  • Bestrooi de kip met de koriander.
