Cooking Steps

Krieltjes koken

Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de krieltjes. Was de krieltjes en halveer ze. Snijd de eventuele grote krieltjes in kwarten. Kook de krieltjes afgedekt in de pan met deksel in 12 – 15 minuten gaar. Giet daarna af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.

Halveer de komkommer in de breedte en schaaf met een dunschiller of kaasschaaf in linten. Snijd de tomaat in halve maantjes.Maak in een saladekom een dressing van de honing, wittewijnazijn, extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 el zwarte balsamicoazijn per persoon. Voeg de komkommer en tomaat toe en meng goed.

Tip: Komkommers bestaan voor een groot deel uit water, maar bevatten ook vitaminen en mineralen. Ze hydrateren, bevatten weinig calorieën en zorgen tegelijkertijd voor essentiële voedingsstoffen, win-win-win dus!

Tonijnburgers maken

Laat de tonijn uitlekken en snipper ondertussen de sjalot.Meng de tonijn in een kom met 1 eierdooier per persoon, de sjalot, panko, kappertjes en augurk. Vorm 1 burger per persoon van het tonijnmengsel.Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.Bak de burgers in 3 – 4 minuten gaar. Keer regelmatig.

Tip: Laat de kappertjes en augurken eerst goed uitlekken of dep ze droog met keukenpapier.

Meng de krieltjes met 1/2 el roomboter per persoon en breng op smaak met peper en zout.Leg op elk bord een tonijnburger. Schep de krieltjes en de tomaat-komkommersalade ernaast. Serveer met de mayonaise.
