Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan voor de pasta. Kook de pasta 10 - 12 minuten.
  • Bewaar 50 ml kookvocht per persoon, giet daarna af en laat uitstomen.
  • Snipper ondertussen de ui en snijd de tomaat in blokjes.
Groenten bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Knijp het worstvlees uit het vel boven de hapjespan. Bak het vlees in 2 - 4 minuten los met een spatel.
  • Voeg de ui en tomaat toe en bak 2 - 3 minuten mee.
  • Scheur de spinazie, eventueel in delen, klein boven de hapjespan en laat de spinazie slinken.
Saus maken

  • Blus af met het kookvocht en de witte balsamicoazijn.
  • Roer de room en de Siciliaanse kruiden erdoor en laat 1 - 2 minuten sudderen.
  • Rasp ondertussen de Parmigiano Reggiano.
  • Voeg de pasta toe aan de saus, meng goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Serveren

  • Verdeel de pasta over diepe borden.
  • Garneer met de Parmigiano Reggiano.
