Cooking Steps

  • Breng 350 ml water met een snufje zout aan de kook in een pan met deksel en kook de sushirijst 12 - 15 minuten op laag vuur.
  • Draai daarna het vuur uit en laat afgedekt staan tot serveren.

  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakken.
  • Snijd de komkommer in blokjes.
  • Meng in een kom 1 el wittewijnazijn met 1 tl suiker. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg de wortel-koolmix toe aan de kom en meng met de dressing. Zet opzij tot serveren en schep af en toe om.

  • Verhit 1 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de garnalen in 2 - 3 minuten gaar, haal uit de pan en houd apart.

  • Roer de rijst los met een vork en roer de overige wittewijnazijn en suiker erdoor.
  • Serveer de rijst in kommen en beleg met de garnalen, komkommer, avocado en wortel-koolmix.
  • Besprenkel met de srirachamayo en garneer met de furikake.
