Noedels koken

• Breng ruim water met een snuf zout aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de noedels. • Kook de noedels 3 – 4 minuten in de pan met deksel. • Giet af en laat uitstomen zonder deksel.

Wokken

• Verhit ondertussen 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok op middelhoog vuur. • Roerbak de kipfiletreepjes en groentemix 3 – 4 minuten • Snijd de verse koriander fijn.

Wokpasta toevoegen

• Voeg de Javaanse wokpasta en 1/2 el ketjap per persoon toe aan de wok en bak 3 minuten. • Roer vlak voor serveren de noedels door de groenten.

• Verdeel de noedels over diepe kommen. • Garneer met de koriander en gezouten pinda's.
