Microwave (850W): pierce holes in the plastic film and then microwave for 4.5 minutes. Use a knife to remove the film.

Oven: preheat the oven to 175°C. Remove the plastic film and the label on the base of the tray. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and then heat in the oven for 14 - 16 minutes.
