Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de pasta.
  • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) en snijd de rode peper fijn.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snijd de champignons in kwarten. 
  • Kook de pasta, afgedekt, 8 - 10 minuten al dente in de pan met deksel. Giet daarna af, maar bewaar 50 ml kookvocht per persoon.
Groenten bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de champignons 3 - 4 minuten.
  • Voeg de knoflook en rode peper toe en roerbak 1 - 2 minuten mee.
  • Voeg de kookroom en miso toe en verhit 1 - 2 minuten.

 

Saus maken

  • Voeg de spinazie toe aan de saus en kook deze 2 - 3 minuten mee, of tot hij geslonken is.
  • Schep de pasta in de pan en voeg eventueel een beetje van het kookvocht toe.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout (zie Tip).
  • Meng de grana padano met de gomasio-tuinkruidenmix in een kleine kom.

Tip: Let op: de misopasta is erg zout! Proef goed voordat je meer zout toevoegt.

  • Garneer met de mix van grana padano en gomasio.
