Voorbereiden

Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Kook 250 ml water per persoon in een pan met deksel en kook de rijst, afgedekt, 12 – 15 minuten. Giet af indien nodig. Spreid uit over een bord of snijplank en laat afkoelen.

Komkommer bereiden

Snijd de komkommer in kleine blokjes en meng in een kom met de zoet-pittige chilisaus.

Spitskool en omelet bakken

Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok of hapjespan en bak de spitskool 6 - 8 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Klop ondertussen de eieren los in een kom en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak een omelet van de eieren. Haal de omelet uit de pan en snijd in reepjes.

Rijst bakken

Schep de rijst bij de spitskool in de pan. Voeg de knoflook toe. Bak de rijst 2 – 3 minuten. Schep niet te vaak om zodat de rijst goed kan aanbakken. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Dressing maken

Meng in een kom de mayonaise, het sesamzaad en de sojasaus.

Verdeel de gebakken rijst over kommen of diepe borden. Verdeel de omeletreepjes, gefrituurde uitjes, komkommer en taugé over de kommen. Besprenkel met de soja-sesamdressing, of serveer de dressing ernaast.
