Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan voor de noedels.
  • Snijd de bosui fijn. Bewaar het groene gedeelte van 1 bosui per persoon apart ter garnering. 
  • Snijd de paprika in dunne reepjes.
  • Verwijder de steelaanzet van de paksoi, snijd zowel de stelen als het blad van de paksoi fijn en houd de stelen apart van de groene bladeren.
Noedels koken

  • Kook de noedels in 4 - 5 minuten beetgaar, giet af en spoel af onder koud water.
  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Bak het witte gedeelte van de bosui, de paprika en de paksoistengels 2 - 3 minuten.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Snijd de limoen in 6 partjes en hak de pinda's grof.
Roerbakken

  • Voeg het kipgehakt, de knoflook en de gemberpuree toe aan de groenten en roerbak 3 minuten. 
  • Voeg de zwartebonenpasta, zoete Aziatische saus, sojasaus de overige paksoi en de bosui toe.
  • Knijp 1 limoenpartje per persoon uit boven de de pan en roerbak 1 minuut.
  • Voeg de noedels toe en schep goed om. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Serveren

  • Serveer de roerbak in diepe borden.
  • Garneer met de gomasio, de pinda's, de gefrituurde uitjes en de achtergehouden bosui.
  • Serveer de overige limoenpartjes ernaast.
