Cooking Steps

Kook 500 ml water per persoon in een pan met deksel voor de aardappelen (melody). Schil of was de aardappelen grondig en snijd in blokjes van 1 cm. Kook de aardappelen in 10 minuten gaar. Giet daarna af.

Hak ondertussen de hazelnoten grof. Verhit een wok of hapjespan op hoog vuur en rooster de hazelnoten, zonder olie, goudbruin. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.

Snijd de prei in ringen.

Snijd de prei in ringen en de cherrytomaten doormidden. Smelt de roomboter in de wok of hapjespan met deksel en bak de gekookte aardappelen, prei en oregano 10 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Verkruimel de feta en kluts het ei met de melk, het grootste deel van de feta en peper en zout naar smaak in een kom.

Meng de botersla, helft van de cherytomaten, hazelnoten, dressing en overige feta.

Scheur de botersla grof. Maak een dressing van de extra vierge olijfolie, zwarte balsamicoazijn, honing, peper en zout. Meng de botersla met de hazelnoten, de helft van de cherrytomaten, de dressing en overige feta in een saladekom.

Roerbak totdat het ei gaar is.

Voeg de overige cherrytomaten en het eimengsel toe aan de wok of hapjespan. Roerbak totdat het ei gaar is.

Verdeel de aardappel-preiroerbak.

Verdeel de aardappel-preiroerbak over de borden en serveer met de salade.
