Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Pers 1/2 citroen uit boven een kom.
  • Snijd de bieslook fijn.
  • Rasp 1/2 komkommer met een grove rasp. Laat de geraspte komkommer uitlekken in een vergiet.

  • Snijd de pitabroodjes open en helemaal door zodat de boven- en onderkant los van elkaar komen. Snijd vervolgens in acht punten.
  • Verdeel de pita's over een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Besprenkel met 1 el olijfolie en bestrooi met de za'atar, peper en zout.
  • Bak de pita's in 15 minuten goudbruin.

  • Druk met de bolle kant van een lepel het vocht zoveel mogelijk uit de geraspte komkommer.
  • Voeg de Griekse yoghurt, de geraspte komkommer en bieslook toe aan de kom met het citroensap.
  • Meng de tzatziki en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Besprenkel de tzatziki met 1 tl extra vierge olijfolie en serveer met de pitachips.
