- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Let the butter and eggs reach room temperature.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs with the sugar until a slightly foamy texture develops. Then add the butter.
- Pour the egg sugar mix in the large bowl and combine with the flour.
- Add the chocolate chips and use a spatula mixing them under the batter.
- Prepare a rectangular baking tray, covered with a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour in the batter and spread into all corners.
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes, until still slightly soft in the core. (OR 30 - 40 minutes if you like them firm and baked through)
