Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in dunne plakken.
  • Snijd de tomaat in partjes.

  • Snijd de ciabatta in de lengte doormidden. Leg het brood op een bakplaat met bakpapier en sprenkel de olijfolie over de helften.
  • Bak 5 - 7 minuten in de oven.

  • Klop de eieren en melk met een vork in een kom. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en roerbak de eieren 5 - 6 minuten.
