  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Transfer the croissants to a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes.

  • Halve and pit the avocado, then remove the skin and slice the flesh.

  • Cut open the croissants. 
  • Spread the herbed cream cheese onto each croissant. 
  • Add the smoked salmon to the croissants.
