•Baking Sheet with Baking Paper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Transfer the croissants to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes.
- Halve and pit the avocado, then remove the skin and slice the flesh.
- Cut open the croissants.
- Spread the herbed cream cheese onto each croissant.
- Add the smoked salmon to the croissants.
- Top with the avocado and season with black pepper.
