- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in the eggs and sugar.
- Add the flour and baking powder, then gradually mix in the milk and quark until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan and two small spoons for the ears.
- Fry the pancake for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- Repeat these steps until you've used all of the batter, adding a little bit of butter in between each pancake if the pan dries out.
- Slice the strawberries in half and arrange them into a bow shape on Minnie's head.
- Drizzle with honey to taste.
