Cooking Steps

Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the bell pepper into strips. 
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the mince with the bell pepper, the Mexican-style spices* and half of the onion for 4 minutes, separating the mince as you do so.

*Take care, this ingredient is spicy! Use as preferred.

Heat the taco shells

  • Drain the beans, then add them to the pan and fry for 2 more minutes.
  • Meanwhile, transfer the taco shells to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
Make the salsa

  • Dice the tomato.
  • In a salad bowl, combine the tomato and white wine vinegar with the rest of the onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
