Cooking Steps

Krieltjes bakken

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden.
  • Verdeel de krieltjes over een bakplaat met bakpapier en meng met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Bak de krieltjes 15 minuten in de oven. Schep halverwege om.
Serranoham bakken

  • Halveer ondertussen de cherrytomaten.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.
  • Snijd de mozzarella in plakken.
  • Verdeel de serranoham over een bakplaat met bakpapier en bak 5 minuten mee in de oven, boven de bakplaat met krieltjes.

Weetje: Wist je dat cherrytomaten meer bètacaroteen bevatten dan gewone tomaten? Bètacaroteen is een antioxidant dat het lichaam beschermt tegen weefselschade en veroudering.

Salade maken

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Bak de kipburger 5 minuten.
  • Draai de burger om en bak de ui 3 - 5 minuten mee.
  • Meng ondertussen in een saladekom per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 tl zwarte balsamicoazijn. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg de rucola en cherrytomaten toe aan de saladekom en meng met de dressing.
Serveren

  • Verdeel 1/4 van de mozzarella over de burger. Dek de pan af en laat de kaas smelten.
  • Snijd het briochebroodje open en besmeer met de avocadodip.
  • Beleg met wat rucola en cherrytomaten.
  • Leg hierop de kipburger met mozzarella en verdeel de krokante serranoham en gebakken ui erover.
  • Verdeel de krieltjes en de overige salade met de overige mozzarella over de borden.
