BEWAREN: Gekoeld bewaren (max 4 °C). Kookinstructies: Voor ovenbereiding: 1) verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden, 2) verwijder de plasticfolie (bovenkant bakje) en het ingrediëntenlabel (onderkant bakje), 3) bedek de bovenkant van het bakje met aluminiumfolie, 4) verwarm de maaltijd 14 - 16 minuten. Magnetron: Film doorprikken vóór opwarmen. Verwarmen gedurende 4,5 minuten op 850W. Verwijder de film na verwarming met behulp van een mes Opwarmen volgens de instructies alvorens te consumeren. Eenmaal afgekoeld niet opnieuw opwarmen.

Microwave (850W): pierce holes in the plastic film and then microwave for 4.5 minutes. Use a knife to remove the film.

Oven: preheat the oven to 175°C. Remove the plastic film and the label on the base of the tray. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and then heat in the oven for 14 - 16 minutes.
