Preheat the oven to 200°C. Press or mince the garlic. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the garlic, panko, a half tbsp mustard and a tsp minced meat seasoning. Add 1 egg and beat it directly in the bowl, then mix everything together.
Roll out the puff pastry over the counter (or a chopping board) and dust it lightly with some flour so that it doesn't stick together. Press the 2 pieces of pastry together to make one long strip. Cut the pastry into three pieces of the same width. Beat 1 egg into a small bowl.
Take 1 piece of puff pastry and cut it in half lengthways. Spread the mince meat mixture over the middle of each piece of pastry, then spread some onion chutney over the top. Dab some egg onto one of the long edges, then fold the dough over the meat and press the edges together. Slice into 3cm pieces, brush some egg over the top and sprinkle over half a sachet of sesame seeds.
Take 1 piece of puff pastry and cut it in half lengthways. Spread the cream cheese over the middle of each piece of pastry, spread 1 tbsp mustard over the top and then scatter over the grated cheese. Dab some egg onto one of the long edges, then fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together. Slice into 3cm pieces and brush some egg over the top.
Roughly chop the spinach and crumble up the Greek-style cheese into a bowl. Heat a half tbsp sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the spinach, fry for 1 - 2 minutes while stirring and season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the spinach to a sieve and squeeze out any excess liquid. Mix the spinach with the Greek-style cheese, then spread this over the last piece of pastry, leaving 1cm free at the edge. Brush some egg onto this edge, then roll the dough up and press the edges together tightly. Slice the dough into 2cm pieces (see Tip).
Tip: feel free to drizzle some honey over the spinach rolls before putting them in the oven!
Place all of the mini pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they have enough space between them so that they don't stick together (see Tip). Pop the pastries in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, then take them out of the oven. Transfer to a serving dish and serve straight away.
Tip: if there's not enough space for all of the pastries, use another baking sheet or bake them in batches.
