Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de Midden-Oosterse kruidenmix en de aardappelpartjes toe aan de pan en roer goed door. Bak 20 - 25 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Schep af en toe om.

Bakken en snijden

Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een tweede koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de kipfilet 2 - 3 minuten per kant. Verlaag het vuur en bak de kip nog 4 - 5 minuten, of tot de kipfilet gaar is. Snijd ondertussen de komkommer in halve maantjes en snijd de tomaat in blokjes. Maak in een saladekom een dressing van per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, 1/2 el wittewijnazijn, peper en zout.

Salade maken

Voeg de sla, komkommer en tomaat toe aan de saladekom. Meng goed door de dressing en zet apart. Meng in een kleine kom de mayonaise met per persoon: 1 tl mosterd en 1 tl honing. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Verpak de tortilla's per twee in aluminiumfolie en verwarm 2 - 3 minuten in de oven. Haal de kipfilet uit de pan en snijd in reepjes van 1 - 2 cm breed.

Besmeer 2 mini-tortilla's per persoon met de honing-mosterdsaus. Beleg met de kip en salade en vouw dicht. Serveer met de aardappelpartjes en de overige honing-mosterdsaus en salade.

Tip: Komkommers bestaan voor een groot deel uit water, maar bevatten ook vitaminen en mineralen. Ze hydrateren, bevatten weinig calorieën en zorgen tegelijkertijd voor essentiële voedingsstoffen, win-win-win dus!
