  • Bake half of the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 6 - 8 minutes. 
  • Slice half of the cucumber. 
  • Slice the baked bread in half lengthways. Spread the cream cheese on each piece.
  • Divide the ham over the slices, garnish with the cucumber and season with black pepper to taste. 
  • Repeat the recipe for a second breakfast the next day.
